To participate in this exciting project with Filmbox, you need to complete our registration form & then send it to us. This may be done in a number of ways. Please read the following instructions below.
You have to complete all the obligatory information fields, which are marked in bold font.
Simply complete the on-line application form, competing all the necessary fields. Then send it, via computer, to us.
Print the form from the file (there are files in the formats: Adobe Acrobat 4.0 & MS Word 6.0/95), complete & send it to us.
Write a letter, containing your registration data to us.
Also, you may send a copy of the payment order/slip, indicating the bank details & execution + date of payment order. This will (considerably), speed up the process of your application & placement of your details onto our site.
Finally, should you not wish your contact details, I.e. Address & telephone number, not to appear on our site - please indicate this clearly & positively.
