The information placed on the pages of this, in the section Conditions, is actually a public offer of the Open Company "FilmBOX" (later referred to as FilmBOX). This is addressed to all visitors of/to this site & to all interested parties, interested in the project of creating a database of actors, actresses, & photo models, on the World Wide Web site of FilmBOX (later referred to as: the Participants of the Project).
The Subject & Content of the Agreement
The company, FilmBOX, offers, to all people, who are interested, our service, of photo-portfolio placement: from one to five photographs for actors/actresses, & up to the total of seven photographs, for photo models, plus their (non-commercial) information on our computerized, database, system. This is solely for the purpose of receiving legitimate job offers/invitations, of & for work, connected to the film, TV, video, theatre, & advertising industry & their projects.
Should a participant receive an offer of commercial, paid for work - he/she reserves the sole right to accept or reject such an offer, as he/she thinks fit.
FilmBOX executes the promotion & the advertising of the project to the potential users of this site. These users, being: film producers, directors, agents, for the selection of suitable artists, also to advertising agencies, photographers, etc.
FilmBOX only undertakes the placement of information (of participants of the project) on the FilmBOX web site, on the World Wide Web, for public viewing/observation & reading, in accordance with the selected scheme and conditions of placement.
Our (FilmBOX) Obligations
FilmBox undertakes to place a photo-portfolio and the supplied (by the participant) information, of the project, on the FilmBox Internet site. This is in strict accordance with the particular scheme chosen by the participant.
FilmBox also undertakes to assign, the "participant of the project," within two days of receipt of proof of payment, to our terms and conditions, assign a personal pin code, within the database of our artists and other professional people, thereof.
The company FilmBox, both undertakes and guarantees the confidentiality of all "participants of the project," and withhold any information that he/she, does not wish to become public knowledge. This will include (should the participant want), telephone numbers and household or other addresses.
Should FilmBox not receive your (completed) registration form or any payment, before the end of the calendar month, from the date at which you entered into the agreement; FilmBox will return all photographs and any pre-payments, to the "participant of the project." This will be either: by postal order, or by electronic bank transfer. However, all costs incurred, as a result, will be charged to "the participant of the project."
Should a "participant of the project," decide to prolong the placement of personal information on the site, for an indefinite period - he/she must notify the company, not later than one month, before the termination of the action of the paid scheme.
Should the contact information of the "participant of the project" change; it is the responsibility of that person to notify the company as soon as possible, in order for the company to update/modify, the information on the company's web site and database.
The company does not bear any responsibility for incorrect information and contact addresses, placed on its site, by "participants of the project." Therefore, "participants of the project," must ensure that the information, given is correct and accurate, and that it is his/her responsibility to inform the company of any information changes, during the life of the contract agreement.
An agreement is concluded, by sending an offer (a proposal to conclude an agreement by one of the parties and by its acceptance (accepting the proposal), by the other party.
An offer is a proposal, addressed to one or more "definite" persons, which should be sufficiently defined and truly reflects the intention of that person, who has made that offer. Thus, concluding the agreement in the stipulated offer, of the conditions with the accepting person/s. This is to be regarded as a 'public offer'.
An acceptance (of an offer) is the response of a person/s, to whom such an offer is addressed and is accepted and agreed upon, by the recipient of an offer.

The Contract consists by means of a direction of the offer (offers to conclude the contract) one of the parties (sides) and its (her) acceptance (acceptance of the offer) on the other party's (side).
The offer, which is enough, definitely admits as the Offer addressed to one or several concrete persons and expresses the intention of the person who has made the offer, to count itself concluded (the contract), with the addressee with/by whom the offer will be accepted.
Containing all essential treaty provisions the offer from which the will of the person doing (making) the offer is seen to conclude the contract on the conditions specified in the offer with anyone who will respond, admits as the offer (the public offer).The answer of the person to which the offer is addressed, about its (her) acceptance admits as the Acceptance.
